Short Term Rates as follows:
LOW SEASON: May-October.
Daily*: Thai Baht 4,000
Weekly*: Thai Baht 20,000
Monthly: Thai Baht 45,000 including Cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet, Gardening, Pool Maintenance/Cleaning, House Cleaning 1 day per week. (usual cost approx Baht 5,000 per month) but excluding electricity at the government rate.
Payment Terms for monthly rentals: 1st and last months rent in advance (2 months rent if the rental term exceeds 2 months) plus a security deposit of Thai Baht 30,000
HIGH SEASON: 1 November – 15 December and 10 Jan – 30 April.
Daily*: Thai Baht 5,000
Weekly*: Thai Baht 25,000
Monthly: Thai Baht 50,000 including Cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet, Gardening, Pool Maintenance/Cleaning, House Cleaning 1 day per week. (usual cost approx Baht 5,000 per month) but excluding electricity at the government rate.Thai Baht 50,000**

Villa Prana can accommodate up to 6 people.
*Daily Cleaning and Laundry Service with daily collection and deliver is included for daily/weekly rentals only. ( Free laundry service for bed linen and towels. Personal items at local laundry cost, approx $0.75 – $1.00 per item.)
Car and Driver – Daily Rates*
These are special low rates only available to Villa Prana guests.
Medium Size Car. 4-5 seats. Example: Honda Jazz or Toyota Vios. Thai Baht 1500 per day
Medium/Large Car. 7 seats (5 Adults + 2 Children) Toyota Avanza Thai Baht 1800 per day
Large Car. 7 Seats for 7 adults Example: Toyota Fortuner Thai Baht 2000 per day
Mini Van 12 Seats – price on application
Prices do not include Fuel.
* Up to 8 hours, overtime time at Thai Baht 100 per hour (approx $3.00)
Car and Driver are subject to availability especially in the Peak Season and ideally guests should book in advance.
For Self Drive we recommend Budget as they offer a good selection of vehicles in all price ranges with proper insurance.
