Long Term Rates (6 months or more)
Monthly: Thai Baht 43,000 including extras** such as Cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet, Gardening, Pool Maintenance/Cleaning but excluding electricity at the government rate.
** Our total cost for all the extras is Baht 6,000 per month .
Car and Driver – Daily Rates*
These are special low rates only available to Villa Prana guests.
Medium Size Car. 4-5 seats. Example: Honda Jazz or Toyota Vios. Thai Baht 1500 per day
Medium/Large Car. 7 seats (5 Adults + 2 Children) Toyota Avanza Thai Baht 1800 per day
Large Car. 7 Seats for 7 adults Example: Toyota Fortuner Thai Baht 2000 per day
Mini Van 12 Seats – price on application
Prices do not include Fuel.
* Up to 8 hours, overtime time at Thai Baht 100 per hour (approx $3.00)
Car and Driver are subject to availability especially in the Peak Season and ideally guests should book in advance.
For Self Drive we recommend Budget as they offer a good selection of vehicles in all price ranges with proper insurance.
